These terms describe use of the Writexa AI static demonstration. They are a general template and must be reviewed before operating a commercial service.
Demo service
The downloadable package is provided for evaluation and website deployment. Browser-side generation, local history and demo authentication are not a live cloud service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious content or misrepresent generated content as verified professional advice.
User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing research, notes and briefs, generated output, factual claims, permissions, trademarks and publishing compliance.
Accounts and billing
Account and pricing interfaces are demonstrations until secure authentication, subscriptions, refunds, taxes and cancellation processes are implemented.
Intellectual property
The site design and Writexa branding are intended for the site operator. Rights in user research, notes and briefs and generated output should be defined in the final commercial terms.
